Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ATLAS, an independent software project for business automation, AI-assisted operations, and authorized third-party integrations.

1. Authorized use

You may use ATLAS only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, content, systems, and data that you are authorized to access or control.

2. Third-party platforms

ATLAS may integrate with third-party services such as TikTok. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, rate limits, and review requirements. ATLAS does not grant rights that a third-party platform has not granted.

3. Content and publishing

Users are responsible for ensuring that content they create, upload, manage, or publish through ATLAS complies with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, advertising rules, and the policies of each connected platform.

4. No impersonation or credential misuse

ATLAS may not be used to impersonate another person, obtain unauthorized access, bypass platform safeguards, or misuse passwords, access tokens, or other credentials.

5. Service availability

ATLAS is under active development. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and third-party integrations may become unavailable due to changes outside our control.

6. No guarantee of business results

ATLAS may assist with research, automation, publishing, and measurement, but no specific revenue, audience, conversion, ranking, or commercial result is guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as ATLAS evolves. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
