This Privacy Policy explains how ATLAS ("ATLAS", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when users access the ATLAS website, services, or approved integrations.

1. Information we may process

  • Account and contact information voluntarily provided by a user.
  • Authentication and authorization data required to connect approved third-party services.
  • Business content, metadata, publishing instructions, and analytics that an authorized user chooses to process.
  • Technical logs needed for security, reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.

2. TikTok and other third-party integrations

If a user connects a third-party account such as TikTok, ATLAS may process data made available through the applicable approved API and permissions granted by that user. ATLAS uses such data only to provide the requested integration functionality, such as account authorization, content preparation or publishing, and performance analysis.

3. OAuth tokens and credentials

Access tokens, refresh tokens, API secrets, and similar credentials are treated as sensitive information. They are not intended to be displayed publicly and are used only to operate authorized integrations. Users should never send passwords or one-time verification codes through public channels.

4. How we use information

  • Provide and operate requested ATLAS functionality.
  • Authenticate users and maintain authorized integrations.
  • Prepare, manage, publish, or analyze content when instructed by an authorized user.
  • Protect the service, investigate errors, and improve reliability.
  • Comply with applicable law and valid legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers and connected third-party platforms only as needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, or comply with law.

6. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain authorized integrations, to protect security and reliability, or to satisfy legal obligations. Where supported, users may revoke a connected platform's authorization through that platform's account settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect sensitive information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Your choices and deletion requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with ATLAS by contacting atlas@atlas770.com. Requests may require reasonable verification before action is taken.

9. Children

ATLAS is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as ATLAS evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
